Cemetery Trustees

The cemetery trustees met at the Historical Society at 9AM.
Bid Proposal: The Trustees, along with the Town, will place this ad in the Suncook Sun looking for bids for lawn maintenance:
REQUESTS FOR PROPOSAL
The Board of Selectmen and the Cemetery Board of Trustees are seeking proposals for the 2012 lawn maintenance season: 1) for the maintenance and care of the Town’s cemeteries, and 2) for the maintenance and care of Carpenter Park and the grounds surrounding the Town Hall, Library, and Safety Building.
Bid Specifications are available at the Selectmen’s Office at 54 Main Street, and at www.chichesternh.org. Bids shall be clearly marked and submitted separately, and will be accepted no later than 4pm on October 31, 2011. Please contact the Selectmen’s Office at (603) 798-5350 with any questions you may have. The respective Boards reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Bid award may not be solely based upon price and shall be chosen in a manner found to be in the best interest of the Town.

Pineground: The fencing on the north side of this cemetery has been restored by Dawson Fence Company. Much of the fencing was already there but had fallen to the ground.
